Rachel is a motivated project manager, responsible for making sure engagements run smoothly from start to finish. She works primarily on the Field Operations team, where she utilizes her strong facilitation and communication skills by managing logistics for qualitative research projects, including screener development, facility interaction, recruitment monitoring, and on-site assistance. Additionally, Rachel works as a partner to engagement leads at Kelton, lending support for a mix of large, multi-phase engagements.
Prior to joining Kelton, Rachel worked at AMC Networks in advertising sales (she’s convinced that Breaking Bad is the best show ever), where she was responsible for seeking out and targeting business and building and maintaining media plans for clients. Rachel’s background in ad sales has provided her with the ability to multi-task and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
