As Field Operations Manager, Phil is responsible for coordinating and managing quantitative projects by maintaining clear, organized schedules of project setup, timelines and pricing. Being the first point of contact regarding project sample, quotas, fielding timelines, and vendor partner information, Phil ensures a smooth workflow, allowing clients to receive data in time to meet deadlines.
Originally from Germany, Phil completed his Bachelor in Neuroscience and Masters in Music Psychology in Brighton, England. After an internship at Hall & Partners in London, he moved back to Berlin, where he interned in field management at one of Germany’s leading market research agencies. In starting at Kelton, Phil has now come full circle after having gained insights into the important and often overlooked core piece of market research (online respondents) at his previous job.
Phil is an avid electronic music fan, enjoying his fair share of (mainly German) House and Techno. In his free time, he likes producing his own tunes, watching mumblecore movies and exploring New York’s alternative culture and food scene.
