Her hire caps a doubling of the office’s size in the past 12 months. In Jaclyn’s new capacity at Kelton, she will manage and help grow key client relationships and will lead projects within Kelton’s sweet spot – hybrid qualitative/quantitative projects that require top-caliber work in both disciplines.
Jaclyn brings consumer insights expertise with impressive experience executing brand health and communications trackers, segmentations, and copy/concept testing. She previously served in management positions at Hall & Partners and Creative & Response Research where she partnered and served several of the world’s most renowned brands, including American Express, AT&T, Kraft Foods, and Microsoft.
