As Field Operations Manager, Zenas collaborates with Kelton researchers to ensure a smooth fielding process for a variety of quantitative studies. She is responsible for organizing fielding logistics, maintaining timelines, and providing questionnaire feedback. Her background in market research allows her to provide insightful recommendations regarding questionnaire design, best fielding practices, and sample vendor information that assists researchers in ensuring all aspects of a project are accounted for.
Prior to joining Kelton, Zenas worked at Survey Sampling International (SSI) as a project manager for full service studies. She consulted with clients regarding research objectives and coordinated internal resources to execute project design and data collection. In addition to project management, she also served as the Subject Matter Expert for a newly developed data reporting tool that she held trainings for and assisted the tech team in testing and developing.
Zenas, a San Fernando Valley native, attended American University in Washington D.C., where she received her B.S.B.A in International Business. She spent a semester in Spain, where in addition to her studies she worked as an English tutor and travelled Europe at every possible opportunity. When she is not travelling, you can find her binge watching a new Netflix series or watching the news. You might also find her hiking the canyons, enjoying time with friends, and exploring new and interesting cuisine.
