Every day, Sarah puts all her marketing skills to work for Kelton and our clients. Whether it’s brand positioning, a marketing plan or innovation platform, Sarah brings creativity, strategic skill and practical experience to ideas that move people.
For more than twenty years, Sarah built a career around curiosity and creativity. She’s a sucker for popular culture and is endlessly fascinated by the way people respond to brands, marketing and other people. From a start in advertising, working on brands like Mattel, Sunkist and Smokey Bear, Sarah went on to lead marketing teams at The Walt Disney Company, Discovery Channel and Hulu.
For Sarah, insights, strategy, creativity and implementation are inseparable; and their combination is magical. She saw it work at Radio Disney, where she used research to drive the network’s successful repositioning. At Westfield, Sarah worked with architects and designers where she saw the same combination come to life in retail and experience design.
Sarah earned a Masters, highest distinction, in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a BA, summa cum laude, in Communication Studies from UCLA. Sarah has lived in Chicago, Denver and Washington, D.C., but plans never to leave Los Angeles again. She lives in the hills of Westwood, a stone’s throw from UCLA, with her husband and two girls.
