With a background in industrial design, Robert is focused on helping clients develop business strategy on a foundation of deep understanding of their customers. As a Manager of Design Research, he focuses on qualitative research and enjoys taking an empathy-based approach to uncovering insights, which he brings to life through emotionally engaging narratives, concept visualizations and other designed outputs.
Prior to joining Kelton, Robert completed a Masters of Science in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design where he learned a discipline of strategic innovation that strives to balance human need, market viability and technological feasibility in an effort to identify and execute opportunities for new business growth and/or creation.
Robert honed his storytelling ability across a wide range of experiences from working in television writers’ rooms to directing a short documentary for famed jeweler, Harry Winston.
Robert has a passion for art, science and literature. He keeps his free time weird with a healthy mix of writing, painting, and listening to experimental music.
