Michelle Rampaul

Field Manager, Qualitative Research

Michelle has a passion and love for all things qual-related. As a Qualitative Field Manager, she is responsible for the recruitment and logistical components for qualitative projects at Kelton. Her role encompasses activities such as vendor selection, screener development, and ensuring high-quality and engaging participants that meet both project specifications and overall study objectives. She also coordinates a seamless transition and onsite experience once projects are live in-field.

Michelle graduated from Hofstra University with dual Bachelor degrees in Psychology (B.A.) and Marketing (B.B.A.).  She has had lengthy field management experience, having worked for over 9 years on both the facility and supplier side. She’s simultaneously fielded multiple projects in the U.S. and internationally, ranging from traditional to non-traditional methodologies and covering topics across a wide range of verticals.

She most recently worked at NowWhat in NYC, a branding and strategy company, where her focus was on rare low incidence healthcare and consumer recruits, from Millennials to GenPop and everything in-between.

In her spare time, you can find her lounging anywhere with a waterfront view, visiting art galleries and museums, horseback riding, listening to dance music (sometimes dancing too!) and most definitely traveling.  She particularly loves Europe, and plans to make Asia her next travel destination.
