As Director of Research & Strategy, Margaret leads many of Kelton’s major multi-industry engagements. With an eye for detail and passion for simple, powerful storytelling, she’s skilled at translating consumer insights into disruptive business solutions. Prior to joining Kelton, Margaret spent many years as a Senior Brand Planner at Grey New York and Arnold Worldwide. In her planning roles, Margaret led large-scale research projects and worked on integrated campaign launches for brands including T.J.Maxx, Red Lobster, and CVS/pharmacy.
Margaret began her career in qualitative research with Lubin Lawrence, leading strategic branding and innovation projects for a range of clients including Boston Beer Company, The Disney/ABC Cable Networks Group, Mars, and Johnson & Johnson. Margaret has a BA in History and Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
Margaret is an avid triathlete, marathon runner, and skier. She has a thirst for outdoor adventures, loves to travel, and enjoys contemplating new, exotic places to visit.
