As a Manager of Qualitative Research, Jen both manages and supports qualitative research initiatives at Kelton. Jen has worked in a variety of project capacities for clients across diverse industries, including Pfizer, Carlson, ConvaTec, and Concur. She is passionate about unearthing human insights, and feels that every meaningful brand is built first and foremost on a deep understanding of its consumers.
Prior to Kelton, Jen worked as an Account Executive at Roberts + Langer DDB, spending her time creating brand-building advertising. She helped develop and execute a number of national TV and Print initiatives across a variety of skincare and beauty categories, honing her account management skills. She also has previous work experience as a planner, quantitative analyst and academic research assistant.
Jen is a proud native of Rhode Island and graduate of Boston University (go Terriers!) with a degree in Advertising and concentration in Anthropology. She is a travel enthusiast who spends her free time planning upcoming trips, taking dance classes around the city and cheering on Manchester City FC from across the pond.
