Susan Braun, Director of Talent Acquisition and Management

Kelton's greatest asset is our staff. Finding and attracting individuals who radiate ability, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness is critical to our business. As Director of Talent Acquisition and Management, Susan leads efforts to not only build relationships with external talent, but to foster engagement and productivity among our current staff.

With a diverse background at both large consumer brands and smaller agencies, Susan brings a combination of rigor and flexibility to cultivating Kelton's talent. Our team is adept at finding new ways to approach problems and tell stories; Susan enjoys leveraging these skills to help new staff learn our approach and build a successful career.

Susan is a native Californian but has spent time on both coasts, graduating with a B.B.A in Finance from The College of William & Mary in Virginia.  Prior to Kelton, she built a broad understanding of marketing and business strategies with large consumer brands including Disney, Red Bull, and The Corporate Executive Board.
