From advertising, produce, and system-based concepts to information and environmental design and planning, whatever we think our clients want/need, you will be expected to deliver in a flexible, task-oriented and efficient manner. We generate a ton of data and insights on what makes people tick and how businesses can evolve with people – your job will be to help translate this information into smart, easy-to-understand and beautiful design to tell visually-compelling stories.
Based in our New York office, this position is a direct report to the Design lead, also based in New York. You will be expected to work with designers, quantitative and qualitative researchers and strategists in our other offices and share projects, ideas, and responsibilities.
Skills / Experience
A creative with strong design, digital and conceptual skills, committed work ethic, positive attitude, sense of humor, ability to juggle multiple projects — plus one more — and the skills to work across platforms (print, digital, mobile, environmental). A good communicator, with strong project management and strategic thinking skills. You have a design or design-related degree in a relevant discipline. If you’re a recent graduate with the right portfolio, skills and attitude, you should still apply.

There is a lot of autonomy and potential to strut your stuff for initiatives you believe in.
